On Wednesday, March 18th, 2009 from 6:30-9:30PM, the Inter-Media Art Center (also known as “IMAC”) in Huntington, Long Island and Appliance World will present an evening of food, wine and music for our second annual fundraiser gala event for IMAC Theater.

Join us at Appliance World (414 New York Ave.) as spectacular chefs from area restaurants (Red, Mr. Sausage, Noma and La Bonne Quiche) dazzle your palates all night with their specialty dishes prepared fresh and before your eyes in five of Appliance Worlds’ state-of-the-art kitchens. Thanks to the sommeliers at Peconic Bay Winery, all dishes with be exquisitely paired with the perfect wine.  This event is all you can eat and drink! Let your eyes and ears soak in the sophisticated sounds of Chieli Minucci live.  Of course, the evening would not be complete without mouth-watering desserts and exciting raffle opportunities; including a complete home theater system, a speaker system, gift certificates to fine local restaurants, and more (raffle tickets additional, see website for details and complete list of prizes).


This is a special 2nd annual gala event for IMAC Theater and tickets are limited.  IMAC Theater would like to thank the following: Patricia Hehir and the staff at Appliance World, Red, Mr. Sausage, Noma, La Bonne Quiche, Peconic Bay Winery, Sam Ash Music Store, David Palmer, Elliot Levine of Home Theater Interiors, Infinity Systems (a Harman International Company), and Linda Callahan from DiCarlo.


Tickets for this gala are $100.00 ($75 tax deductible/ price includes: food, wine and performance by Chieli Minucci. Raffle tickets additional).
